Hi guys,
I am a constant viewer of this board, and since my case has come
to a closure, I guess someone out there may be interested in my case
information.
Actually my case is as plain as it could be. Priority date is always
current from day one and I have never been out of status, and never been asked for additional information, and I have stayed at the same company
and same address during the whole process, so I
believed it should be an open-and-close case, yet it still took a long
time to process.
By the way, just one week ago, the auto reply system of TSC still
gave me the usual process time of 245-360 days information.
Following is my case information:
Country: others
Catalog: EB2
Labor (RIR) : applied at Feb. 1998, approved around Jul. 1998.
I140: applied at Aug. 1998, approved at May 1999.
I485: applied at Aug. 1999,
noticed at Sept. 1999,
first finger-printing at Nov. 1999,
second finger-printing at Dec. 2000,
finally approved at March 20, 2001
Wish you all luck.
