I485 Application

Hi,
My husband's employer applied for I140 and I485 concurrently. I did not apply along with him. I am planning to apply for I485. I am on H1B visa. I lost my passport. I got my renewed H1B approval and I94 replacement. What all documents do I need to send along with my application for I485. I
did not get my H1B visa stamped in my new passport. Is that OK for I485 application? Please advice.

------ you dont need Passport for applying I-485 but you may have to fill info about your passport, where is was issued, validity, check the I-485 form, if it is not required then file I-485, better get NEW passport from consulate, you need your valid I-94( Visa stamp in your PP is not required,)spouse pending I-485 filing reciept, medicals, 2 photographs and USCIS fees. also apply EAD AP with I-485 and dont forget to send color copy of your Driving licence,
