i140 filed from work & i485 filed after marriage

Hi I need guidance...

I am working on H1B with a company, they are procesing my GC. This week we filed for my I140. Now recently I have got married and my husband's PD is current, so I have filed for my EAD & 485 (follow-to-join) 2 weeks ago. For some reasons I have not yet declared about my marriage at work.

My question is can I have both this process running parallel? I dont want to create any problems at work, so if any issue I can always withdraw I140 aplication, right?
