After reading you story, I can understand why you are eager to get your GC. But looking at the Visa bulletins, looks like you still have a long wait. Did you apply for AP? You can use AP to visit outside US. I am not sure if 245(i) makes any difference in that regard.

No AP will not work for me because I am out of status more then 180 days, I will be bar for 10 year, however I can apply for AOS after my 10 year completed form my origin country under 245(i), so I guess waiting here is a best choice,

A# Change

Is anyone had same problem, my I140 approved on 1/25/2008 and received by mail 02/02/08 and A# is different then my filed I485 and on my EAD. any Idea why
