I140 Appoval after Dec 1,02 Please Post Here!

EAD: 18 Aug 2003

No FP yet. Would some please tell me when I would get the FP? My spouse and kids will goto India for a few months and so knowing the probable date of FP will help a lot. Please help.

I-140

My receipt date is 11/14/02, I have my I-765 and I-131 approved some time in July and August. But no news on I-140 front.

I called INS toll-free number and there response is "It is taking 13 months to process the I-140 cases, so please call back in December"....Anyone else in same boat who called up after expiry of the current time-frame of 275 days -300 days...

What is the logic here..Why even these time frames, when they can keep changing it ...first from 150-180 to 275-300 now it seems 13 month...I think INS is the most non-sense deptt I have gone (other than any civil dept. in india)
