I am a longtime surfer of this site and wanted to post my detail.

EB2 - Non-RIR applied aug 1999
Labor approved Jan 2003
Applied i-140 Mar 28 2003 (no concurrent)
Approved on Jul 10 2003 (as per online status)

I am waiting for my approval notice to confirm this information.

Is your I140 approved in Texas Service Center? What was your online message before I140 approived ( before July 10) ? Is it '' ... 275 to 300 days ..." ?

Mine is TSC.
Online message said 275-300 days before jul 10 2003.
I didn't file concurrent wanted to clear 140 and apply 485 in VSC because I live in NH.
 
I-140 pending at TSC.

Mine is EB3, my I-140 recipt and notice date is 29th January , 2003. The online message says.

"Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received at this office on January 29, 2003. It is taking between 275 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

Anybody getting the same message.

This is a normal message. Your I140 will be approved soon, since TSC is processing last Dec. I140 cases

No approvals for anything - 140/765/131... no FP.

I-140 Issues

Hi guys,

My I-140 has not been approved yet. I am a concurrent filer and got EAD and AP from Texas. Per immigration.com, my cas should have been processed by this time.

RD: 12/17/2002 Concurrent

Is there anybody in the same boat? The status has not changed in BCIS's status on-line. What does it mean? Can anyone shed some light into my case?

mine is concurrent filing EB-3.

ND : 12/30/2002 (I-485 / I-140 / I-765 )

I got my EAD approved on 7th July. and no news on I-140:(

anyone have any clue why the 140 is being so much delayed..

i had checked my online status and it says that they have mailed Aug. havent yet received any letters from INS.
has anyone faced a same situation? what could they want more as evidence??
also they letter that they are sending will it come to me or my attorney???

and if given all the information , does the process start immi. or is it held up tille the RFE period is done ???


please help.

Guys,

You have to realize that the processing reports on websites like Immigration.com & others every 2 weeks are only a compilation of reports from various attorneys in the AILA. They are NOT actually coming from BCIS service centers. In other words - they do not represent majority of the applications - just approximates.

My case is RIR EB-2, I140 ND Nov 05 still pensing at TSC although EAD & AP applied concurrent in March 2003 are approved. Still waiting for the 300 days mark to reach but I suspect case will be decided just before that time.

It is actual peoples who can post their ND/AD here that is most helpful to everybody.

EB3 - Concurrent filing
RD is 12/30/2002 (I-140, I-765, I-485)
I-765 approved in July 7th.
I-140 approved 8th Sept

the online status has also showing that it is approved...

finally TSC is moving ....

good news and relaxed.
