I140/485 (EB2) ND 11/25/2003 no news

My I140/485 EB2 with ND in Nov 2003 still has no news so far.
We already filed our 2nd EAD AP.
FP done in Nov 27, 2004 in Philly. No updata on BCIS for FP received..... anyone have similar situation?
When my I140 cound be approved? Please share your experience.

Hi,
Not exactly ur situation, but very close to ur date.
My 140/485 filed together with ND 12/05/2003 under EB2 category.

LUD on 485 changed only once on 11/15/2004. It has however updated the FP status. Did my FP on 9/11/2004.

Couple of my friend who applied after my have their 140 approval. So I am sure they are working on our cases and should see our approval shortly. Good luck and pray for fast approval.
 
One more not so lucky person

FP done on 11/24/04 at Alexandria, VA. No update on USCIS website yet. 140/485 ND is 1/6/04. Hope lady luck will smile soon.

I-485 FP:11/04/2004 No change in online Status
Called FBI they have sent reply to uscis same day.
Spouse FP Done on 11/09/2004 FP Received Updated on 11/16/2004
 
Hang in there folks.

Per the latest scans of 10/23/03 cases (http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=148288&page=4), the activity for that date (and presumably for dates close to it) has picked up a *lot* over the last couple of weeks, and especially last week. Also, check the latest 2003 tracker (http://immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?p=998625#post998625) -- I added some stats to show the approval trend in more detail and it looks like October / November should start to see action soon, although possibly delayed somewhat due to a) holidays coming up b) the fact that there are many cases in Sep/Aug -- about 25% more than most other months.

Also, for just about any day that we've looked at, many cases (30% or more) continue to show their original Received status. Recently a number of the 10/23/03 cases went straight from that status to "Approved" so I wouldn't worry too much if your status hasn't changed yet.

Not sure why some November people haven't had their I-140 approved yet. I suppose it's possible that these cases have been flagged for concurrent approval. Alternatively, is it possible that your I-140's have been approved (with no change to the status message) but your lawyer hasn't told you that he got the approval notice?
