I just sent an I-130 for my mother who resides in Africa today after my oath. What is the real reason fot your denial? Was your mother's name shown on your birth certificate ? Is affidavits required to every application ?
Thanks. I will share my timeline when I hear something from USCIS.
A simple signed notarized letter stating that you swear under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States that your mother (full name) is your mother should suffice.
