Experts, I need a clarification. My L1B blanket visa got approved today.. The Visa officer returned me 2 copies of I129S..Those have a stamp saying that:

Approved.......Blanket L1A/B
19 Dec 2012
Valid until ....... years from above date
Approving Officer............

I am thinking why are the blanks above not filled..Can anybody help me on this..Is this stamp incomplete?

Why did the Visa officer did not fill up the blanks..Who would fill that up?

The officer did not want to put his initials/name down and not putting a specific "valid until" date means the default of 3 years apply. Lack of neither is a show stopper. Do not worry about it.
