If I was to go to the Philippines and marry my Fiance, what time frame would I be looking at to have her Visa in her hand ?
That depends on whether you are a US citizen or permanent resident.

3-4 months. I am actually in the process of fixing my fiance's papers. my attorney said 4 months would be the longest. Just make sure that you've seen each other within the past couple of years and have pictures together. If you've been to the Philippines, save your plane ticket and any phone bills you may have reflecting her numbers.

The OP wanted to go and marry his fiancee'. That will rule out the K-1 option for them.

Your attorney is being very optimistic with his estimation of approval time. Granted, some people are very lucky and some HAVE been fortunate to get their visa in hand within 4 months, but this is not that common. The 'average' wait time is approx 6-8....though some people take much longer. Im from the UK and I applied for my visa at then beginning of September 07 and got my visa in hand at the end of April 08. According to current statistics, based upon real peoples actual timelines, the current average wait time from the receipt of your petition (NOA1) and the visa interview is standing at 224 days.

Dewey: do not marry your fiancee in the Philippines. this will take longer. marry her when she gets here.
