hi can someone please help with answers i just got my i130 approved for sister us citizen to brother non-immigrant arrived on a visitor visa but i worked for four years and file taxes. will that be a problem for me when i file my 485form ? please help with answers.

You cannot AOS as category F4 after accruing an overstay of 4 years. If you leave the US, you get a 10 year ban.

How were you able to be employed for 4 years? Did you ever complete the I-9? If so, what did you check? Legal Permanent Resident or US citizen? As triple said, upon leaving the US, a 10 year ban will be in your luggage. If you claimed to be a US citizen, then a lifeban will be sharing a seat with you on the plane...

when did you enter the usa? when did your sister file the I-130?

if you entered the us before jan. 1998 and the petition was also filed before jan. 1998 then you can use 245i. if that is not the case then you cannot apply for aos

No, you are. You file the I-485, not your sister. Unless you qualify for 245i benefits you are not eligible to adjust status due to your overstay, never mind the illegal employment.

You'll going to have a problem if you have expired visa and still in US.

When exactly did you first come to the US on B-2 status? It seems you are in a spot of bother either way. Cannot AOS and a ban will kick in once (and if) you depart the US.
