I am a current DACA recipient. 3 years ago I was rear ended by some one with out insurance the accident was bad enough I had have surgery to repair tendons and cartilage.
Is there a basis for me to apply for residence ship based on that, Friend of mine have applied for similar issues, but some of them seem kinda shady and possible had to lie to get approved.
I went thru months of physical therapy and finally surgery, emotional counseling. Most of my expenses were covered either by my unisured motorist coverage of health insurance thru work.
My parent applied when I was a child but they got denies because their Lawyer at the time lied on their applications and they refused to aid in the lie. They lost the case and lawyer lost his license. My brother recently got approved on the merits, but the details he gave me, it sounded shady.
