However I rescheduled it once because I was in Taiwan for around 163 days, which I'm not sure if it counts as 6 months. If its past 6 months they want a letter explaining why(Mom was sick), I sent one even though I wasn't sure it was 6 months. Do they count it as days or just if you stayed out of the us untile a certain month and it counts as breaking continual residency? Anyhow I didn't think it was so I told the io that I didn't break. I was approved and waiting for oath letter

She said oath was going to be in 3 months, I dont know if she meant exactly 3 months or if the letter will come within 3 months. But now I need to leave the US again for maby 1 month. If I do will this add up to 6months and break my continual residency? Will they deny my citizenship after its been approved because of this? Help greatly appreciate it!

At the oath they probably will pull you aside for further review, and reschedule your oath if they can't make a decision on the spot. Yes, there is the possibility of denial, but hopefully that won't happen. Bring evidence that you maintained your house/apartment, US bank accounts, etc. while you were gone for the 163 day trip. How much time is there between when you returned to the US after the 163 trip, and the start of your next trip?

You're fine. Traveling for 1 month after interview will not break your continuous residency and isn't added to your previous 163 days outside US.

The OP has already provided an explanation for the 163 days outside US and was approved. The 163 days outside US wouldn't come up at oath since that travel occurred before interview and was already covered at interview.
