I received the 2nd notification email but my selectee letter has not changed

Please I just received my second notification letter from KCC in my email but I check with my confirmation number and it was still the old letter. I need your help.

Please this was the message I received:
You have received this email notification to inform you that you have updates available at http: //www.dvlottery.state.gov/ESC. Please log in using your confirmation number from your original application to complete further processing.
 
what is the message in the email and the subject?
the interview's date mentioned in the email or you should log in to know?

The email message is as posted in the first post in this thread. All the info re date, time and place is on the website, not in the email.
 
Hello mates .i'm from egypt , My CN 8xx and according to visa bulletin I should get my interview next October. I sent application 28 may and received within 2 weeks. I didn't receive my 2nl today , I called my agent and he told me that cases with low numbers who sent after 20 may won't receive 2nl now but may be next month and will get interview november or even december , is this right ?
Could the sending date affect the interview date even if the application is received at the beging of june ? could my interview posponed to november just because I sent application at the end of may?

I don't if its right or not, but I think it's better if u call KCC and ask them why u didnt receive till now while others already started to receive, maybe it's because the embassy in Cairo is close, isn't it?
Check if the embassy is close or not?
