WEll calm down! It is just going to be one of those things that they want to verify...e.g. .travels, 1 year of continuous residence evidence etc.. but I think that you are very near....

Lazer, I am praying for you my man. I called my lawyer and he says that 4/5 cases are getting RFE's..so I think even you will get a RFE...

It has to be the travel thing ....I'm happy for you man you're getting very close... I got the card today and I'm relieved ... hope very soon you will feel the same

Well I hope it is...Cuz I travel a lot...3-4 times a year..

Getting close...

Wantmygcnow, I think you are getting very close. RFE is for the most part a formality if you have nothing to hide.
Don't forget to sign your handle name when you reply to your RFE "Wantmygcnow". Your adjudicator will get a kick out of that.... :)

I got the same kind of notice on 08/16, but I haven't received the letter yet. By the way, what kind of evidence do they need to prove one year continuous residency. RTD? School? Employment?

Thanks for the reminder. I called them and talked to one officer. He is cooperative guy, but not as informative as I hoped. He checked and confirmed my mailing address and told me that I should receive the request for evidence, very soon. I also took the opportunity and told me that I have a "million dollar" question for him. He goes like.."what? !". I then asked me how close I am to the approval. He said, your case is in the line for adjudication, and will be adjudicated soon after BCIS receive the RFE and medical. I went like "f**k", and told him that I already did my medicals. He said...oops...whispered "I think you very close to get approved".
