I own a Consulting Firm : How can I sponsor h1 Visa

Hello

I am a GC holder and run a consulting service in NYC.

besides me, there is 1 US employee (US citizen)

I got some additional high-end research work & want to sponsor H1 Visa
(Transfer as well as new application for Oct 2006)

How do I go about the same?
 
If it is new consulting firm, getting a new H1 is tough task. There are several posting on this issues in this forum (especially CA forum) by me. Go and refer it.
