I need help to renew my TN for the first time.

1) My TN expired Aug.2008 , same employer, same job.. should I renew my TN by MAY 2008? or JUNE 2008?

2) I plan to visit Canada by MAY or JUNE.

3) I will accompany my wife to apply for her first time TD visa.

Any input... appreciate it.. thank u.
 
1 and 2) It is unlikely that the border would renew your TN so early, so don't worry about that. Plan a later trip, or file I-129 in July.
3) What status does she have now, and what is her citizenship?
 
thank you nelsona, my wife status is temporary work permit, however, she is in the process for getting permanent resident. Is she possible to apply for TD?

Nelsona, is there any additional requirements to bring in the POE to renew my TN? or I will bring all the original documents the same thing when I applied for my first TN.

I'm a little confused. She is in what status in which countries?

If she is "in the process for getting permanent resident", she might not be eligible for TD. In fact, if she is going for green card, why aren't you as well?
 
Hi nelsona, she is not a canadian citizen, she has a work permit. In that way, I cannot bring her with me in the US??:(
 
Again, where is she trying to get permanent residency, Canada or US? If it is in canada, she can enter US, but will need a Visa from US consulate first.
 
Hi nelsona, she is getting PR in canada, she has multiple tourist visa in the US. What should I do about her B1 visa, and I want to bring her in the US with me?
 
You are going to be TN for a while. She should get TD visa at consulate and enter US on TD. Eventually she will live with you in US, so B1 won't be valid status.
