I lost my EAD...:(

I received my green card back in September 2007 but somehow I have my EAD that runs till Aug 2008.

BUt recently I lost EAD somewhere in the house. Does it matter? Do I have to report the the USCIS eventhough I have my GC already and it's set to expired in 4 months. I lost it in my house.

No, EAD is invalidated when your GC is approved.

You should have already gone to your HR to show them your GC. Your EAD is not valid for work anymore.

Thanks for answer. The reason I am a little freak out is ...I don't have to keep the EAD indefinitely even though i have my GC already? I still have my original OPT LOL (8 years ago)
