I just got I-140 Approved under PERM

Since visas retrogressed in July all I-140 are moving fast. My I-140 got approved from nebraska in 3 weeks back in august. I am EB3 worldwide with a PERM PD of 6/6/05.

I am stuck in regrogression for ages :)
 
what service center these i-140 approvals are coming?
I did file on ocotber 2oth @vermont center

It speaks about all our problems clearly in Wall Street Journal, written by no less than a Nobel laureate of international fame. We need to fax this to all the senators, they get to see with unbiased mind. Also, the article distinguishes H1, Gc and current system failure for permanent immigration to US.

No of days taken to get case no from CSC

Gurus,
My i-140 was filed on 11/23. How many days does it take to get a case number from CSC? and what is typical amount of time for i-140 to get approved in EB2?
