'Why on earth would you want to go to the USA ? '

In Australia I constantly get mocked for wanting a better life, to go to United States, Start a family, start a new career.

It made me wonder, are there really millions of people in Australia entering the DV lotto, I mean really?

They can say that now because of the condition in the U.S. There is some truth to what they said. Why would you go to the U.S when there is almost no jobs available, in a recession, and the economy is getting worse each day. Even Americans are suguested to find jobs in other country like China, where the economy is still in a good shape.

Maybe once the U.S economy is picking up again and restore itself to its former glory, they will say differently about moving to the U.S. Good luck! :)

Odd. Over 90% of Americans still have a job.

I hear China is delightful, so long as you don't breathe the air, drink the water or eat the food.

I'm pointing out to the Americans who has lost jobs or those who is starting to look for jobs. Of course there are still more people employed than unemployed. But the number of unemployment that is getting higher and higher shows a bad sign of the difficulty of finding a job in the U.S.

LOL! :D

upgraded might not know this, but the rest of us are fixing to move to Australia. :D

Australia seems like the new land of opportunity. Hmm...

I have been to Australia several times, and it is a very nice place to live. Not much different than the U.S except the accents :D

Do you have a higher degree, are an outstanding researcher or have enough money to attent a University? If not, forget about a better life.
