Hi friends, I'm new here and want some help from you. Me and my family (Husband and Daughter) have 5 years multiple entry visitor visa to USA. We want to live and work over there.I want to know how can we get work permit and how can we legalized ourselves over there. We have nobody in USA I mean no parents and no siblings . please help me I'm so confused. And if you can advise some good lawyer...I don't know anybody ... I also want to know can I put my daughter in any school ?

A visitor visa does not allow you to live and work in the US. You can only visit US for period not exceeding 6 months at the discretion of the immigration inspector.

You Have visitor visa only which is meant for visiting/yourism in USA. On a visitor visa you can not work.

Thank you. But There will be some way to live and work over there without having any relative or siblings over there.,

Not with a tourist visa, no.
If you're wanting to live and work in the US then you should aim towards an appropriate work visa (ie, H1B visa).

it is a long story....h1b visa, u need to find a company willing to sponsor you.....which is really hard to find ......

Depending on where you and your husband wer born, you may try your luck out and play the GC lottery.

As a visitor, your child is not eligible to attend public school.

Just because you want to live and work in the US does not make it possible. Millions of people have tried for many, many years (my cousin for over 20), to get permanent residency. Read the USCIS website about employment based guest worker visas; this can lead to an employer sponsored green card.

If you are a citizen by birth of certain countries, you can apply for the green card lottery. My sister-in-law was fortunate enough to be selected about 7 years ago. This is also on the USCIS website. Note that the list of eligible countries varies from year to year.
