i hate that fact that i am in a point of time that could be years before my case's decision !!!

Somebody should .would ..could might must ,, anything ,,, somebody have to do something about this way of making decisions and mailing it ,,
that is really not fair , is it so hard to make it standard as for example 3 months for this status and 6 for that and 9 for this type of visa etc !!
thats so weird , i mean , nothing in the world makes you wait in such a way like this , i mean without a point of time !
you dont know how many days or months or years you will wait !! thats exactly like the second coming of jesus ( like somebody said in previous thread )

but i am talking seriously , some body has to do something for this psychological disaster .

Man, you need to be patient!
We ALL waited more than 3 months. You will be lucky if they approve your case in 3. Usually asylum process time is between 6 and 9! You are not the only one...USCIS is processing over 100.000 cases monthly. My asylum approval letter came almost 4 months after my interview.

This is how it works! The USCIS have too much work to do! And they do a favor the asylum applicants by reviewing their cases before the court!
You are on Day 23!!! That's even nothing frankly!

Well , actually it was disappointed to me to know that it could last for years to have a decision because when i applied i thought it will take like what theyve written in USCIS website (60 days from submitting day ) specially that fingers and letters were exactly as they said in the website/ asylum section
i knew about months and years just after i signed in here and read all your experiences , it was like a shock for me because i had plans to do after decision and now everything stopped , and to be frank i cant cover my stay expenses if it could take a year forexample , that is all the story ,,

anyway even if i read in USCIS that it will take 10 years i will apply , because i have no choice but to stay here until the situation changed in my country ( it obviously will take years ) or until i adjust my status ,,
but the funding problem is horrible specially that there is no transferring between my country and the US ,, even if my family tried to help it couldnt . and take this ... they will be monitored for cases like this .. intelligence forces in my country are devils ..
anyway , i will try to figure it out , i have no choice , wait and survive :)

it seems we are in the same boat , did he interview you too ?!!!!
 
You will be granted, be patient! It is just a matter of time. I THINK if you dont hear from them in 6 months...you can get an EAD card.

But , every body can get an EAD card after 180 days why did you say that here ?
And please i have a Q :
The ( Card / Documentation ) sign related to EAD will appear definitly before receiving the decision by mail ?
I mean online sign is always before the mail letter ? Am i correct ?
And how long does it take for EAD after granting 3 months ?
 
Your lawyer needs to ask for it. If you have been waiting for more than 6 months it will take around 3 months.

What do you mean by onlin sign?

Not always. I dont trust the Uscis for following up cases. Usually mail comes before online updates. When I applied for my rtd i was checking online all the time and one day i got the rtd at home. Even today 2 years later the status is the same "acceptance" lol, never changed!
 
When did you filed for asylum? Did you have your interview right? When? How long ago?

In asylum , the online Status can be changed before receiving the decision mail , because it changed directly after granting to determine EAD status online

27 days? I think you were granted. Like i said before, if you didnt get a denial letter 10 days later and you didnt! I think they will approve. If they wanted to deny your case, they already have done it. IT DOESNT TAKE 27 DAYS to deny a case. So, this is a good sing! I got mine approval 3 months and 22 days later after my interview. Which office did you go to? Usually online uscis shows the timeline of each office.

i know 2 in my area waited about over a year for decision. few months is NOTHING, it is standard wait time. you are not important to them and you are not special. once they take their time and finish their process, they will mail you letter
 
jonny i bet that you are middle eastern guy or even a little bit easter than that :) , you have their non-sense way of talking , people are not organized by levels dear Jonny , their job is to study my case and give an opinion and decision ,special and non special has nothing to do with this ,,, anyway ,, have a good day " Special answerer "
