i hate that fact that i am in a point of time that could be years before my case's decision !!!

dude why are you so impatient just be waiting ,see mine is already 1 year since I applied for asylum and I am still waiting ,I don't have a choice but atleast I have my EAD CARD BUT I WANT TO CHANGE MY STATUS so I can be supported in these tough times ,so dont complain a lot just be waiting and am sure one day one morning one afternoon you will get decision ,you can still inquire to the office you did your interview either by writing or going over there but they told me it is not a good choice ,its better to live them take their time ,don't put pressure on them and they look at your application badly but this was just an advice it doesn't mean that it will go like that but am just saying ,I will wait atleast untill 1 and half year before inquiring if they do they give me a decision.goodluck
 
Wow, you had your interview 1 year ago? And you havent gotten a decision? Strange! I have my interview and 3.5 months later I got an approval letter.

i geuss its because i am in status ,when my interview ended the lady told me since you are still in status just wait ,when she said that I knew it would take time to get my decision
 
I was in status also! And some of my friends were also. Where are you from? Which Country?

Dont worry, you will be granted pretty soon. Usually african countries and arabic countries take more time. USCIS has a huge demand from African and Arabic countries.
 
You are from a country where every 36 hours a person is murdered! If I were you, I would sleep like a baby and try not to read too much posts in here, otherwise, you will get paranoid. But i know exaclty how you feel! Ive been in your shoes...we are always trying to get a positive answer by reading some posts.

And all are not available to check before approving
When it turns to card/production then ur approved,,, before that your case is not found
 
you are a new here and you are asking a question, so you better have a better attitude and listen to the answers.
You can bet what you want regarding my nationality but you don't know me.

you have been saying you waited too long and they should do this or that, my answer is same, your wait is not long and you are not special uscis owe you nothing. people like you from syria, iran, iraq and some other countries are concern to US national security. It takes bit longer for you guys. There are people who have waited a year or more for their decision from asylum office.

yeah exactly , i asked a question waiting an answer , and what you gave me was a way far from being an answer , you gave just adjectives like : you are not special , you are not important , you will be mailed when they finished .
those were not answers , those were just bla bla bla ,,, because they are applicable for everybody here , because there is no president here between us or a rockets scientist who is applying for asylum ,,, i know people had their decision after 15 days and 20 .. and 25 and month and month and a half , and they were not important and special and sweet and have attitude and cool !
if you want to answer a question , stick with the question , i didnt ask you " how do you find me jonny !! " to answer using the words you used !!
anyway ,, people from Syria and Iraq and your country " iran " are same as people from brazil , cuba , cameroon and africa ,,, all must be checked and do whatever they have to do with security staff ..

and i understand and appreciate and sorry for people who waited a lot ( over a year ) ,, but that doesnt mean that i have to shut up since a year passed then i have the right to talk !!

Dont put yourself on the same level! The fact that some people have documents/GC , it doesnt make them better than you are, otherwise he wouldnt had applied for asylum also ;) just ignore these type of people"negative"... Lets try to keep our good energy up here!

Jenny is from china ... you could have easily figured that out by reading her old posts.

Your COP defines the levels of security check you need to pass. People from Arabic countries need high level of security check.
