Race or states make no difference here. I see that you were asked for RFI at the same time that I did. But I was asked for BIO on the same date as well while you have not received such letter yet. It is possible that they sent it and you did not receive it. The people at 1800 number who answer the phone are basically customer service people, and if they can not find answers to your question , then they transfer you to an IO. Tell them that you must speak to an IO because you have a valid reason to wonder if you have not received your BIO appointment letter in the mail. There is another thread where someone's application is denied due to them not showing up at their BIO appointments because they did not receive it in the mail. Unfortunately they send these things first class mail and depending on where one lives, sometimes these type of mail can be lost. You can make an Info-pass appointment worst case scenario. If I were you I would make sure that it is a case of it not being sent and not a case of it being sent but getting lost in the mail....Thank you for sending your congratulation and I hope you find an answer to your BIO question and get approved soon .SNOW WHITE said:

Hah ha, the approval date is April 1 of all dates.
I guess the card is not ordered yet, but it is OK. I am approved and that is all that matters.
