I got my approval notice by mail yesterday, but my wife did not get hers. The AVM is still saying "It is taking 360-540 days.." for her. What could be the reason?

We did fingerprinting together on May 15th. Mine was on computer while hers was done manually. could this be the reason why i got mine faster and hers is still pending? Is there a number to call to check on FP status?

If AVM for her doesn\'t mention FP result received...

Then you probably want to call FBI @ 304-625-5590 to check her FP status

Very long wait... 6 years to get GC on EB2 category.

Contacted Senator in Feb 2002.

Senator\'s office aggressively pushed the officer to approve the case.

What is there to believe? What do I get by lying to people?

My First FP was done 3 months after teh I485 ND. Me and my wife did our first FP in Dec 2000. Since I did not get my 485 approval before the FP expired, they sent me a second FP notice to get it done on May 15. By then the case was ready to be approved, but the FP was the only thing that needed to be done.

These implications that I may be lying are pissing me off....
