Hi everyone i just wanted to update you that i got my oath letter on 02/25 for 03/25.

I have one question, on the back of the Oath Letter there is a questionnaire that i have to complete. The first question asks "Have you married, or been widowed, separated or divorced? (If "Yes", please bring documented proof of marriage, death, separation or divorce.) My ex-wife filled for divorce and i got served 3 days after my interview. What kind of documented proof do i take with me to the oath?

Are you now separated? What is the status of divorce?
If you are still living together, but you are awaiting a court date for divorce then you would still answer no to question.

Thanks Bob. But what IF we are separated not living together and the status of the divorce is that its being processed it is not final yet because we have to wait for court for 6 month i still got till June i think. I do not have a divorce certificate yet or any court dates or what not. Me & my Ex filled up the papers together and agreed on everything and are on good terms if that matters in anything.

If you are separated but are awaiting court date, the filing papers should be sufficient. I'm assuming you filed under 5 year rule and not 3 years married to US citizen, correct?
