i been betrayed from my wife

hi guys this is my new thread, let me tell you what happened with me.
My wife was good with me. We went for interview. Every thing was good.
I did not know she will do this to me. The officer took interview separately.
when we return from interview i asked her how was it. she said it was fine even she cry to the officer that he is my husband and i really love him. but after waiting few days i got a letter from immigration which said my I-485 is denied cause immigration records show that the petition file has been withdraw. I call my wife as she was at her mother house and ask her and first she replied no she did not did any thing. then after two day i call her again and she admit she did it . i ask the reason she did not said any thing and hang up on me. then from her grandmother i come to know that she is having a affair with some one thats why she screw me. what can i do in this case? can i put charges on her??
i am good hard working guy. never ever been in any crime. she never work and been to jail few times.
Any help please??

As far as I can see, she has committed no crime.

i am good hard working guy. never ever been in any crime. she never work and been to jail few times.

well i am not writing it with happiness... i need some help thats why i write here. If u do not have any info don't get pissed.....
 
If she was the primary applicant you have no option now. I am not a lawyer but that is pretty simple. Now you can talk to a lawyer/attorney and see if you have any option available.

Am sorry omerlibro ...........that is what i thought too ........if you remember last time i told you if she could said some thing to them. That is crazy ,
Do the ask you to leave ? or not to work ? as i said before i have friend it happen to her like yours...........you can appeal but you wife should support all the way ,because it going be harder to prove the marrige and to prove you get back together.

how about if my USA citizen sister apply for me? i heard from some one that if my sister apply for me i would not be illegal. My case will be go on pending. any one please have any information ?

That's incorrect. Your sister can file an I-130 on your behalf, but it does not give you any right to stay in the US, and the priority date will not be current for over a decade.
 
are you sure that it's true ?

It seems marriage was fake and you married her for GC. So basically it was contract.It can still work our , just ask her the rate etc. no big deal.It seems she has got better deal from some one else.I suggest you raise your offer and she will come back to you. I have see a similar case . Just raise the offer/contract price.
