I am refused swedish passport, must first give proof that I am not a US citizen. Have lived in the US illegalt, overstaid my US Visa 37 years. Help

I am born in sweden have parents that is swedish citizen mother and father.
Left from Sweden to USA when I was 39 years old, with a US business visa.
Overstaid the US Visa 37 years in the USA. Doing business in USA . My Swedish passport was expired the first 9 years In USA. Received October 2024 ett temperary swedish passport. Valid for one way trip to Sweden from the Swedish Ambassady in New York.
When I arrived in Sweden I was refused a Swedish passport from the police in Sweden. I have since October 2024 to March 2025 appealed to different instances. The final last court still refused me passport and Eoro-card. DURING all the time in USA I have not done any illegal , didn't even get a parking ticket. The Swedish courts still request myself to proof, that I am not an American Citizen. I am also awaiting answer from the Swedish Emmigration in regards to an approval of my Swedish Citizenship.
Can somebody help me, what to do, to proof that I am not a American Citizen.

Have you contacted the embassy in Stockholm? They might be able to certify a declaration you make under oath. Would that help?
 
Thank you for the tips . I have already tried the embossed stockholm but it didn't work. Thanks
