HI all,
I am a student on F-1 visa married to a US citizen. I applied for visitor visa for my parents this year and they did not get multi-year visa. But they did get one year visa that expired this November. I want to know in event of re-applying b1/b2 visa for my parents again next year, will my F-1 status affect their multi-year visa? My parents have been to the US once and went back before the stipulated time (i.e. without any extensions or expiry etc.). This being the second time, how likely is it for them to get a 10 yr. or 5 yr. multi-entry visa?
Second question: If I have my husband sponsor, would I still be required to send all my papers? I did so the first time. just wanted to double check.
eagerly awaiting for response,
thanks a lot in advance
