Hi Folks:

Just few minutes ago our I485 cases got approved. Received 4 e-mails for myself and wife.

Its all not possible with out lord Venkateswara and Kanaka Durga blessings.

"edu kondalavada... Govinda Govinda".

I thank all of you to be on this forum and big thanks a million to Rajiv Khanna.

What was your NOID about?

NOID is about I140 being revoked by Sponsored (previous) employer, which he claims he didn't request any but USCIS send me the NOID anyway to respond within 30 days with employment verification and letter with explaination under AC21 eligibility to consider the AOS petition.

Did u hire a lawyer to do it or did you do it yourself?
What all did u send
- EVL
- any other docs?
 
My previous sponsoring employer supported my GC .. so does his company Attorney. They replied to USCIS.

1. Employment verification letter from new employer
2. AC21 Eligibility letter by invoking 106(C) rule
3. Latest Pay stubs and W-2 forms for 2003 which we didn't send before

My LUD changed again today to 11/15/04 after the approval on 11/12/04.. Wonder what could it be ?
