Hi All,

Finally with God grace, I am approved with my wife (waiting for approval of my son)!!

Last June 13, after a dinner, I was online and got news that July VB has every thing current. I was jumped with joy and asked my son to pinch on my hand to make sure I am not in dream!!

Today, just after lunch, I got email of card production order for me and my wife. I was not believing it. I called my co-worker, a nice cute lady, and asked her to pinch my hand to make sure I am not in dream!! You know, she did and I got confirmation that it is not dream!!

Finally dream come true after a long years.

EB2/ India
PD PERM 5/21/05
I 485 RD to TSC : 9/9/05
Transfer to TSC on 3/15/07
second FP in May 07
No LUD after 3/27/07 just have LUD 7/13/07 of card ordered.

With retrogression and July VB fiasco.....Green Card is nothing less than lottery....

Congrats, khodalmd.....looks like all the seniors in the forum are vanishing...Jackolantern, MA_labor etc....

At least it's good to see USCIS getting it act together to approve cases as per June Visa bulletin....and some lucky ones as per July Visa Bulletin

Dude, you are one of the lucky person whose PD is after applying Adjustment of Status. How could you do that? I have never heard anything like that? Your PD is 07 and your 485 RD is 05???

You have predicted that I get approved by July 20th and you took that prediction for yourself not good...what am I going to do now....

Hi KhodalMD, First of all Congrats, and best of luck in your future endevors. I just also saw your informtation on Trckitt.com (assuming you are the same as kmd34). I have the a priority date a few weeks before you, filed I-140, I-485 and everything else just before retrogression hit in 2005 (RD Sept 30th, 2005) Finished my 2nd FP in April 2007.
When I checked Case Status Online my LUD is August 2006. After no news from USCIS I just Reapplied for my 3rd EAD and AP.I went to the Infopass office today to find out anything about our case. I was shocked when the Immigration officer told me that nothing has moved because of a pending Name Check.
I am from India and a Christian, (Not from a country that is considered a terrorist nation) so am concerned as to what the hold up can be. I noticed on your Trackitt info that you Cleared name Check in 2006.
So my question is How does one find out H:confused: is name check status.
PLEASE ,YOUR HELP OR ANY ONE ELSE WHO KNOWS WILL BE DEEPLY APPRECIATED.

First, Don't worry for the LUDs. Their system have problem and many people do not have LUD and sudden approved. In my case, I don't have any LUD after 3/27/07 (even no second FP update)

Second, Do not trust 100% with your infopass experience. In many cases they gave misleading informations.

I would approach Senator or House Representative. Fax a letter first with your complete details and after few hours talk with immigration representative of your lawmaker. After couple of days try to meet him/her (immigration rep of lawmaker) personally with your personal story.

I know it is painful but it help. I wish you sincere good luck.

I did not undersand however how I can check the status of my name check, I know you said yours was completed in 2006. What I need to know is how I can find out my name check Status. I am at the NSC by the way,

There are two possible way to check name check clearance.

1. Infopass : If you are lucky and have good and knowledgeable officer, you can get info.
2. Congressional Help : Contact your Senator and get detail info about your name check

Congrats I got approved as well. Priority date was June 2005.

I have a question with regards to my wife. I recently got married and could only add my wife when my priority date was current, which recently happened for July. Her application was submitted and reached Texas Service Center on July 2nd. My I-485 was approved on July 5th. So I am not sure if she was added to my application prior to approval. What happens to her application. Will she still be added and get her approval soon.

any help would be appreciated.

What the hell is going on at NSC. I am PD of 08/2004. NIW india. I am seeing aproval of NIW with PD of 2005 from TSC and one case with 2005 PD single applicant from NSC. I have replied to my 485 RFE in 09/2006. 2 FP done, since then case status says document received and processing resumed. since then not A SINGLE lud. I got info from SR in 09/2006 saying case pending visa availabitly.

HOW come TSC APPROVE CASE WITH 2005 PD??
