I-94 with H1b transfer approval RULES???

URGENT Attention -> no one could answer yet!!!!

1. Can someone guide me under what circumstances, INS does not send a new i-94 with the h1b transter approval???

2. if you do not receive new i-94 with transter approval, do you have to leave country asap, get new stamping from china & come back?

3. what if my current i-94 is valid till 2006??? still I need to go back to china?

I belive that the transfer will send you a new I-94.

---- if they approve the H1 Transfer then you will get I-94 extended AND attached with your H1 transfer approval notice
2. if you do not receive new i-94 with transter approval, do you have to leave country asap, get new stamping from china & come back?
--- if you do not get I-94 attached with your approval notice then you have to go out of US get H1 Visa stamp and enter US
3. what if my current i-94 is valid till 2006??? still I need to go back to china?
----- if your I-94 is valid till 2006 or you get I-94 valid till 2006, you dont need to go back to China for Visa stamping .
