I am Canadian citizen and currently on TD status. My principal applicant on TN visa applied for extension of status using I-539 two years back and I received I-797 Approval notice with I-94 valid for three years until July 2026. As my passport expired last year, so, I got new Canadian passport. Now, I crossed the US-Canada border earlier this year on a road trip and when I checked the I-94, it shows no record in the online system. It only shows the travel history which is the same as on the old passport. I am in the process of changing status from TD to F1 using I-539. What should I attach as copy of I-94 in the application ? I do have old passport with the same I-94 # which was renewed for three years and is valid until July 26 in my last application. Any insight will be highly appreciated. Thanks!
