Here's my I-90 Timeline. (employment based GC)

1/4/2007 - Form sent thru FEDEX
3/6/2007 - LUD on my case
3/7/2007 - LUD
3/9/2007 - card ordered
3/12/2007 - Card mailed
3/15/2007 - card received.

Your case is employment based and your I-485 was approved by VSC and VSC sent you the card.
What was wrong on the Card?
Was it USCIS mistake and you sent to I-90 with option D (incorrect i nformation because of USCIS administrative error)
You sent Form I-90 to VSC thru FEDEX
On what address you sent through FedEx
Did you sent you GC with I-90?
What supporting documents you sent with form I-90.

** I am asking this info because if card has USCIS mistake and you are filing I-90 with option 'D' then one cant Efile and if one sends I-90 to service center then they don’t send any receipt and take 6 months time to send new corrected CARD.

Missing "Jr" in my name. So it was Option D. My lawyer sent everything including GC and i-90 form thru fedex. Supporting documents is my I-485 documents with correct name on it. Address i supposed was in Alban ST. vermont...
 
Did you receive anything from USCIS upon sending the I-90 D form (like a new receipt number)?
or is the LUD that you report on the case number that was originally assigned to you? Thanks!
