My filing date for I-751 is approaching in 3 weeks and I've started to collect all the documents which need to go out with this form but have few questions-

1) This is the only form you need to send to remove conditions on your Green Card, correct?

2) Do we need to send attested copies from 2 other people as listed in I-751 form or it is just additional? I have joint tax, lease, credit card accounts, photos etc to send but do not want to bother any friends/relatives for those 2 letters.

3) Fee is going to increase by 80$ but not sure how to get the new form. USCIS.gov still has old form with old fee structure. How do I get a new form?

This is the form to lift conditions based on your marriage to a USC. You submit only this form along with all your documentary evidence. If you had any kids together, that is great evidence. Every application or petition is on a case-by-case basis. Submit the best evidence you can. They may or may not require an interview, it depends on the evidence you submit.

The fee is changing, not the form. The biometrics fee goes up also.
