I have a question, how long normally takes to get an answer from INS when you filed for I-751? I know that sometimes when you have an answer they request an interview.

Other thing I notice in the form, it's among the paperwork you can submit, there's an affdavit from 2 people who know the couple since they were granted with the conditional residence. Can someone explain me?

Thanks

explain what? how to write the affidavits? why are they needed? who can submit them? please be specific.

Did you get a notice of receipt for your I-751?

explain what? ---> Someone who already submit paperwork, talking about experiencies
how to write the affidavits? --- >Those affidavits must be write by friends/family who know the couple after the PR conditional was granted
why are they needed? ----> This could be work as proof for your "good faith" marriage
who can submit them? ----> The petitioner and spouse

Did you get a notice of receipt for your I-751?
----> I haven't submit any paperwor yet, that's the reason of my questions

I didn't ask you all those questions. I asked you what exactly you want explained to you since it's not obvious from your post. However, since you seem to know all the answers to the questions, what is the problem? it may also help you to do a search in this subforum, there is a lot of information on the personal stories of conditions removal.

It usually takes from 4 to 10 weeks to get a notice of receipt for any applications sent to USCIS.
