I-751 RFE notice received

asPapi, you should know that there is no conditional card in a case when a USC child petitions a parent.

Definitely, his dad is married and his GC is conditional.

Do you have a joint lease/mortgage? do you have insurances in both names? did your father name his wife as his beneficiary on his life insurance? and vice versa? Can you get more bills with both names on it? do you have pictures of outings together? affidavits from friends and family that it is a bona fide marriage? Do you mean to say that in two years they have gotten NOTHING JOINT? joint taxes, credit cards, adoption papers for a dog/cat, pics from vacations they took together? can their priest/pastor/etc. testify that they go to church together and participate in church activities together?

And remember - never ever send originals.

We sent a bunch of documents. Including taxes, pictures, statements with both names, etc. We only sent documents for the one year. In the notice, they are requesting for the past two years, but we are unable to provide for that long. We found some other documents to include, like a car insurance with both names for the past 3 years, Home Loan that was approved after the package was sent. I'm not sure how affidavit should look. Could you be more specific? Also, there is an envelope with USCIS return address, but it's too small. Can I use a bigger one?

Haven't the foggiest idea what you are talking about?

Haven't the foggiest idea what you are talking about?

Unmarried sons under 21 and parents of US Citizens, when petitioned for Green Card by the USC Relative receive a 10 year unconditional resident card.

There is no need for them to remove conditions (i-751), only spouses of USC who have been married less than 2 years, get that.

The OP is talking about his dad having to remove conditions (I-751) therefore, he must be married to an USC (Not that his son, petitioned for Him, as you asked). Thus, the point LucyMO makes means to enlighten you :)

Okay, I didn't even notice that part. I just assumed that he had filed for his Dad. Thanks for the clarification. Thanks to LucyMo also.

his friends would write something like "they defininitely appear to be a genuine couple. They do this and that together. We do that and this with them". And more details, of course. Get several of those affidavits. Do a search on google for supporting docs for I-751. I am surprised you haven't done it yet.

Yes, you can use any size envelope. On it you should write - RESPONSE TO RFE.
