Hey everyone,

I'm getting ready to file I 751 and I would like to know if there will be another interview with my husband.

There is a small percentage of application randomly picked up for interview for quality purposes. Also, applications that did not have enough evidence will also be called for interview (which is in my case when I was a bit overly confident to not submit all the house paperwork we had). We went to the interview and they kicked us out of the office after 5 minutes because this time we brought all of our bills, investment, and house paperwork that were 5 inches thick.

Thank you for your inputs. What triple citizen says confirms what they told us at the initial interview for the green card. Recently I had contacted an immigration lawyer at JustAnswers and she said it would be a 75% chance to have an interview when filing I 751.

I'm wondering about the bank statements. I thought to send in bank statements from the time of the Wedding up to now yet I was wondering if every other month would be fine, just to reduce paper work. Any input?

Also with pictures I was thinking to paste them into a word doc and print it rather than making actual photo prints. Is there any problem with that?

As there is a high chance that I will need to travel overseas during the processing time I wonder about people's experiences with entering the USA with the expired green card and the Notice of Action letter that extends the green card. I heard that sometimes they will call you into secondary inspection and I wonder if it might be worth it to go to an INfopass appointment to get a I 551 stamp for one year with the Notice of Action letter. Any inputs?
