Hi all,
I'm in the process of applying to remove my conditional 2-year GC.
One of the things I'm most worried about is my background check will show 2 different addresses I'm having on the record. One is my permanent that I live with my wife, the other is my apartment's address at a different city where my college is. Do I need include in the I-751 package to USCIS an enrollment verification from my school so that it will help to clear up this two-different-addresses suspicion?
By the way, my evidences, so far, include:
-Copy driver licenses showing same address
-20 something joint bank account's statements
-Letter from Bank of America verifying account's balance and duration
-Void check with both names appear
-Joint house tittle
-Joint tax return for 2 years
-Joint land phone bill
-Joint auto insurance for 2 cars
-Joint health insurance purchased through the school I'm studying at.
-Album with about 20 pics of us together with friends, family throughout the last 2 years.
Will this be ok for me to pass without going through a tiresome interview process?
Many thanks,
