I married a Us citizen on august 2003.We lived and shared everything together.On october 2004 I got my conditional Gc from an immigration judge.After 22 months after marriage, things turned bad and we were separated around may 2005.But later, after one year of separation,we worked things out and got back together on june 2006
On july 27,2006 we signed together a petition to remove the conditional Gc.It got approve without going for interview.I got my 10 years.But 6 months later we got separated again and this time forever until we divorced on 2008.
However I have applied for N 400 on september 2009 based on 5 years rule.During my interview the IO asked me questions in writing about the separation situation and I revealed everything.At the end of the interview, she gave me the form N 652 saying No decision cannot be made at this time.We will send you a notice.
It `s been 26 days and there is no update on my case.Whenever i cheque online It say Interview and testing.
Nowadays I am very panique.I cannot have any fun and i am very stress.I need you guys yor help and advice
Can the uscis will deny my citizenship and tried to revoke my GC.?My marriage was bone fide from the beguining to the end.What is going to happen?
