I-751 (CR189) TSC. Feb 2007 File. UPDATE(Approved: Card in Production).

Hi Folks, like a lot of folks my 751 is 3 months overdue for processing. Called the 800 number and the rep gave me the normal run around saying a status will be mailed to me when deemed ready.

This is my question. My Case Portfolio show this
1.) 751 LUD 03/14/2007
2.) I-130 (This was approved in April 2005 hence I got my Conditional GC) shows a LUD of 09/30/2007 and a status of Case received and pending ???????????????????

Why is my I-130 being touched and pending for my 751 file ??

Any Ideas ...

Thanks in advance

Muni

I think the I-130 status is ok...mine is the same...infact my 751 was approved recently but my I-130 still shows pending and it did get touched during my 751 case. So I dont think #2 matters. #1 does matter....

appreciate the response. What was your 751 timeline and which service center ?

Applied early August to NSC, case transferred to CSC and got my card at the end of November. I think CSC is way faster than most other service centers at the moment.

Would love to but I'm not eligible for naturalization yet and dont have the 600$ lying around to send in an ineligible application :)

Congrats Muni!

In regards to why I-130 gets touched, I think everyone who has been a conditional resident for 2 years and is applying to remove this condition will have their I-130 touched (although this was applied while the initial GC process).
I think if your I-130 is touched as an LUD, you should expect to receive a response soon(?)
