11/08/2011 : ASC Appointment Done.
Still fight for divorce...She is trying to extend divorce process. Did not hear anything from USCIS yet.

Any News for 751 conflict people?
I am still fighting for divorce. She is making my divorce case complicated. I haven't heard about my RFE or anything. Civil Judge says when you'll get the letter, I'll approve your divorce. But i am very stressed. She is making more complication and trying to make some kind of criminal case on me. I have a business. She trying to do some stuff relating to my business. IDK if this thing might be a reason for more delay or denial. I am afraid that my immigration Lawyer has any connection with my ex or her family. Is it possible that lawyer possibly could do that and compromise my case detail?? I highly doubt that but I am still afraid for that situation. I trust him and his firm. Please advise me if anybody have or had same situation.

Tax return transcript
I have another question after reading couple posts on I-751 evidence. I have joint tax returns for couple years. But both were submitted in different states. I don't know If I contact IRS for transcript, will they able to get me both or I have to contact each state to get the transcript?
