problem with I-730

My father submitted I-730 petition for Me in June 2005,but till now have not received I-797 notice,is there any problem with my petition? thanks

I see they are doing upto aug,25, 2005 i-730 cases now. You need to contact the USCIS immediately for your case.

You're no longer eligible since your father submitted the application too late.Uscis allows refugees/asylees to petition theirs families up to two years after being granted refugee/asylum status.Now you should wait untill your father became PR/USC then he can petition for you as a result of his new status.

Correct--you missed the deadline by two years. Unless you can convince the USCIS to waive the deadline "for humanitarian reasons [a high bar]" the application must be denied.
