I have been visiting this forum since last January my wife applied I-730 for me and childen outside of US. July 2008,the I-730 was approved and Oct we had been interviewed by consular officer, interviewing result is that 1) requested me provide DS-157 form and my resume. 2)the special adminitrative opinion was requested and asked me wait for result.
Two months was passed, no any result come to me.
I am very nervious now and worry about the negtive result. The question is taht 1) how long will it take to complete the adminitrative opinion in worst case ? 2) Is it normal situation for I-730 petition visa ? I hope somebody share experience for this kind of situation with me . Thanks
