If I was as lucky as you to get my labor approved a few months LATER, like you, then when my concurrent file was opened I too would have been out of retrogression. Unfortunately due to retrogression only my 140 got approved now my485 processing will go by the May 03 date! That is life:)

PP Stamped..

We too stamped our PP's today.... took about 1 hour but no worry...

Please post if any message changes on your status ...

Key Points:
1. Keep everything ready AP/EADs/Approval Notice/Passport/I-94s/2 Photos with name/A# written on back with pencil.
2.Make copies for your file of all docs as they take away all originals & you get a I-551 stamp on passport valid for a year.
3. You present appointment at reception who gives you a number token for your case. Your number is called & you go to a window. One person per slip/window/officer. Make you sign/right hand index finger manual print on a form (2 times on both sides). Make you wait 5 minutes then stamp your passport & you are done.
3. Physical Card to come in 3-8 weeks.
4. DHS location different in Charlotte as compared to ASC, so make sure you have good directions & the right address (which shud be on your appointment page).
5. No cellphones (need to be off)/Food/Drink inside.
6. No walk-ins. Only go with infopass appointment.

Please check my signature.The last time i checked status with TSC,they had mentioned that my background check was still pending.
How did you check your name check/back ground status?Did the enquiry help in speeding up your name check?
Is it advisible to send a fax to FBI ?

I called TSC 1800 number.You have to keep trying.

Enquiry to USCIS thru congressman gave us updates on name check. Then followed up with FBI thru email/snail mail & finally it was cleared. Hope that helps. All the best for ur speedy approval.
 
all names reserved got his passport stamping on july 5th

MI-2 is going on july 12 and I will be going to charlotte on july 14... just wanted to join the line ..... :D
 
Just got an LUD ...

Hope we get the cards soon, I am planning to move soon into my new house

Thanks... I guess you should receive cards in another week or so... I am expecting that message either today/tomorrow now...

did you email after message changed to "cards ordered" ?

Never mind of my question... Just bombarded with 14 emails that cards have been ordered for me and my wife...
