Hi Guys, I am new to this message board. I have read many issues on here and I have one of my own. I am getting ready to process my I-485. I am currently in the USA, graduated college in April \'01 and got married to my long time fiance a CITIZEN BY BIRTH in May \'01 and moved to Florida. We waited to do this because we did not have enough money then to start the immigration process. Where do I begin? And how easy/hard is it for me being married to a US CITIZEN? Thanks.

I presume that you are going to apply for a family based immigrant green card. Your wife has to file for a I130 after approval of which you can file 485. The hard part is that until I130 is approved you have to be on a valid status. Check on the family based GC forum.
 
I was actually planning on filing for my GC along with my spouse\'s I-130 petition. That way I dont have to worry about my current status. When I asked TSC for an I-485 form, they sent me everything from EAD to I485 Supplement A. They said I could go ahead and file everything together including my wife\'s I-130. Any other tips??

Hey gang,

Today my 485v transferred to Dallas TX for Interview.
Any ETA on interview date. How long does it take for me to get interview.
 Have been waiting for 2 years. Little bit worried.
