Interlink request - myself or univ attorney file it?
If I file the I485 with the EB1-OR application (and not with the EB1-EA) and if the OR gets denied while EA gets approved (rare but possible), then does the university attorney file the interlink request or can I do it by myself? The reason I ask is because the univ attorney won't show me the cover letter for the I-140 application. Hence I don't know if he will share all information relating to my petition. In that case, I am not sure if I can rely on the univ attorney to file the interlink request to the approved EB1-EA petition.
If I file the I485 with the EB1-EA application, then I assume I can myself file the interlink to the EB1-OR I140 (if that is approved while EA is rejected). Ideally I would like to file two separate I485 but seems like it causes more problems than solve things.
Thanks all for any comments and help.
