Hello all, i am starting this thread just for knowledge purpose. Let's assume that a child born for the couple(working on a non immigrant visa l1/h1) and acquired the citizenship by birth in u.s. Does the couple are entitled to get permanent residence in u.s.? their visas can be adjusted?

Child can get US passport and can remain US citizen. once you get US passport for child then apply PIO Card for child from Indian Consulate.PIO Card is valid for 15 years.ok. do the citizenship status of child will remain same if they all return to india?
