I-485 Stage: Change of address Questions

Hello,

My spouse and myself are in the I-485 stage. We just recieved our 2nd FP notices and also have pending EAD and AP applications.

We want to move our apartments:

Questions:

1) Can we go to an INS service center (INS - SFO) and have our addresses changed over there?

2) Or is it enough to just send AR-11.

3) Can we call the INS phone number and have them change our address over the phone?

4) Would you advise us to move now?

If you can postpone your move at least until you receive EAD and AP it better. Lot of people missed these things and it took three to four months get them back. Some people never got it.

Nevertheless.

You need to send AR-11 form to London KY.
Also need to call 1-800-375-LATE CIS number and give them all EAC numbers.

3 AND also update your service center; write in the cover letter all the pending petition like I-485 # note down from receipt and attach the copy of your spouse and your I-485 receipts Or all the pending application with service center, write your complete name, DOB, A# (it is on I-485 receipt) past and New address. Send the envelope to service center with return receipt and out side the envelope write in bold” ATTENTION: Address change
