EAD Approved

Just heared on the AVM that EAD is approved and card is ordered for me and me wife. No AP approval yet

   RD : July 16th 2001
   ND : August 29th 2001
   EAD Approval Date : September 4th, 2001

Congrats on EAD/AP approvals!! I am still waiting on my AP approval (MD: 07/12). JoinedISN, can you please let me know whether your AP is approved?

checks got cleared for EAD and AP..applied on 07/17/2001 but no news about receipt notices. Did you get your receipt notice?
since i saw the checks cleared today,i will wait and talk to my lawyer on monday..Do u have any idea about how long it might take for the EAD to get approved after the checks are cashed?
 
Finally checks encashed

Hey guys,
        All my checks were encashed yesterday(09/07). I mailed out my I-485,AP and EAD for my wife and me on July 18th. So Guys hang in there. I will post the details when w I recieve the reciepts.
 
EAD/AP Checks cashed on 9/6/01, MD : 7/17/01

Filed 485/EAD/AP for me and wife, MD : 7/17/01
My wife\'s EAD/AP checks has been cashed on 9/6/01.
 
Don\'t worry, you will get it soon.

I received my EAD card this morning. But my wife is still waiting her card although AVM said the same thing.

Sometimes VSC is really strange. You have to be patient.

When was application mailed. Have your checks got cleared and when did they get cleared. Thanks for your response in advance
 
No Title

1. I got receipt number from VSC, not from my lawyer. INS officer told me it was sent out Sep.7.
2. My lawyer mailed my application on July 20.
3. I didn\'t pay check to INS. My company paid everything for immigration. I even don\'t know how much for this application.
4. Maybe I will get laidoff next week. Do you guys know if I find a new job, do I still can keep my 485 application?
5. Do you guys know there is any charge for FP? If I am not in my current company when my company lawyer get FP notice. What should happen?

EAD Cards Received

Got the EAD cards for me and me wife in mail today.
RD : July 16th, 2001
ND : August 29th, 2001
EAD Approval Date : September 4th, 2001
EAD Cards Received : September 10th, 2001
EAD validity : August 31,2001 to August 30,2002
Wait for AP is still on.

How do you know the FP notice should go to my home address directly from INS? please give more details. Thanks
